27 Hours of CrossFit for Cameron
September 28 @ 6:00 am - September 29 @ 9:00 am
27 Hour CrossFit Challenge
John Mace, from Parker, CO, has created 27 CrossFit Workouts of the Day that can be done individually or as a team. John will do all of them starting on September 28.
All CrossFit gyms or boxes are invited to make one or more of John’s workouts available as a WOD in the lead up to his event, and ask athletes to make a donation to the ASF.

Why 27 Hours of CrossFit?
John served in the Royal Australian Air Force and still works for the Australian Defence, stationed in Denver, CO. John uses CrossFit to stay mentally and physically fit. John says, “I have discovered that the CrossFit community is always welcoming and friendly. My belief is that I can tap into that spirit of camaraderie and motivation.”
In May 2018, John did a 24 hour challenge and raised $7,500 in honor of his son Cameron who is diagnosed with Angelman syndrome. This time, John is increasing the challenge and his fundraising goal to raise $15,000 in 27 hours. John hopes more CrossFit gyms will participate by offering one of his workouts as the workout of the day, and asking the athletes to donate to support John and Cameron.
