Synopsis
An estimated 16.8 million people in the U.S. are caring for a child with disabilities or complex medical needs. The demands of daily life and chronic stress can negatively affect the mental and physical wellbeing of parent caregivers. Facing isolation, uncertainty about the future, and a lack of options, caregivers often feel alone in their struggle.
If caregivers are ever going to get the support and resources they deserve, they first have to be seen and heard. Through the power of unfiltered, compelling human stories, Unseen cultivates compassion and tangible support for the caregivers in our communities.
