During fine motor tasks, student will complete tasks independently, as measured biweekly by OT observation and data collection.
Given a name stamp and a worksheet, student will stamp her name on a piece of paper within 1 inch of the correct area, independently as measured biweekly.
Given a cutting task, student will cut along bold simple lined basic shapes or assignments while maintaining the intergrity of the shape or picture independently as measured bi-weekly.
During cutting and gluing tasks, student will paste items with correct orientaion and placement for the activity with no more than 1 verbal prompt as measured biweekly.
During writing tasks, student will imitate lines (E,l i) with partial physical prompts, as measured biweekly by teacher observation.
