During the school day student will use fine motor skills to participate in the following life skills activities independently on 4 out of 5 data collection days as measured by teacher observation.
During breakfast and lunch, student will carry her tray from the lunch line to the table and from the table to the trash without spilling or dropping items from the tray, independently as measured by biweekly teacher data collection.
During breakfast and lunch, student will open her milk carton independently as measured by biweekly teacher data collection.
After going to the restroom, student will demonstrate appropriate self-care by wiping herself, independently, as measured biweekly by teacher observation.
During and after eating, student will wipe her face when appropriate with one verbal direction as measured by biweekly data collection.
Given a visual of appropriate hand washing technique, student will independently wash her hands after using bathroom on 4 out of 5 consecutive days, as measured by teacher observation.
During a free choice activity, student will engage in a computer program appropriately for 10 minutes without pushing inappropriate buttons or exiting the program with no more than 2 verbal prompts as measured by biweekly teacher observation.
