Given his/her communication book, Student will generate 3-4 word sentences using the communication book, at least X times per day (whatever is appropriate for that student), as measured by adult data collection.

Given his/her communication book or other modalities, Student will complete a multi-word sentence when provided with models and visual supports of sentence starters, during at least 1 structured writing opportunity daily.

Given a verbal cue to ‘tell me more,’ Student will produce 2 word sentences during genuine interactions, at least X times daily.

Given his/her communication book, Student will spontaneously produce 2 word sentences.

Given a verbal cue to ‘tell me more,’ Student will produce 3 word sentences during genuine interactions, at least X times daily.

Given his/her communication book, Student will spontaneously produce 3 word sentences.
