Fitness enthusiast, John Mace of Parker, CO uses his workout regime to raise awareness and honor his son Cameron who has AS. In 2018 and 2019, John created 24 and 27 one-hour workouts that Crosssfit gyms all over the world would offer as a workout-of-the-day. Those who chose one of John’s workouts were encouraged to donate a dollar or two in exchange.
John completed all the workouts in one day (yes, it took 24 hours in 2018 and 27 hours in 2019) and was cheered on and supported by friends from his local Crossfit gym.
